Brad’s interest in real estate started as a child accompanying his grandfather to the family’s small rental house in North Carolina. During college summers he worked for a custom home builder and later utilized those skills to design and build his first home.
After college Brad started his career with IBM, designing and building data centers. He once managed to meet with Bill Gates about the future of software on the IBM PC. More importantly he learned IBMs commitment to going above and beyond for their clients.
Later serving as Director of Real Estate for a national fitness chain, Brad managed the site selection, construction, and growth of the brand from one local location to 73 nationwide.
He has over 22 years experience in DMV real estate including working with investors. “I truly love all things real estate, especially homes.”
Brad currently resides in D.C. with his wife Maryellen and their dog Marley. When he is not working hard for his clients, you can find him exploring the history and cuisine of D.C.’s diverse neighborhoods. Brad also likes to express his creativity through playing guitar.
