Born and raised in the “Golden State”, Elvia is a Southern California beach body. She attended Long Beach State University where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. During this time, she served her community as a President’s Ambassador and a Student Body Senator. Her love for serving others led her into Human Resources. For the following 5 years, Elvia developed with a small team in the promotional swag world as their friendly neighborhood HR lady. From employee onboarding to business operations, that’s where she discovered her passion for recruitment. In 2023, she joined the Keri Shull team and found her next home away from home. In her spare time, Elvia manages her own e-commerce business meanwhile loving on her wonderful fiancé and two fur babies, Lilo & Stitch.
