Originally from Houston, Steven spent 10 years as an aviator in the U.S. Air Force, where he flew the B-1 Bomber. After leaving the active duty Air Force, Steven joined the Air National Guard, where he served on the staff of a 4 star General and Member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, as a Congressional Fellow in the U.S. Senate, and as the Legislative Advisor to the Director of the Air National Guard.

Steven is licensed in Virginia, DC, Maryland, and Texas and focuses on helping homeowners sell their homes as quickly as possible, at the highest price, and with the least amount of hassle. Steven’s niche is helping absentee DMV homeowners, that live out-of-state, sell their rental homes seamlessly. Frequently, owners haven’t visited their rental properties in years, and Steven rolls up his sleeves and ensures every detail is taken care of to get the highest net return on the sale, without an owner having to return to the DC area to handle the preparation and sale.

Steven lives in Arlington with his wife Cara and three daughters, MaKenna (12 yrs), Alexandra (5 yrs), and Abigail (1 yrs). He spends most of his free time with his family, reading, exercising, and serving in the Air National Guard.

Steven graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University, a Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas-Austin, a Certificate in Legislative Studies from Georgetown University, and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.
