Neighborhood

The Bromptons at Rosslyn provides access to two neighborhoods, being at the southwest edge of Rosslyn and bordering Courthouse. There is a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and parks all within walking distance. Safeway in Rosslyn is nearby and a little farther south there is the Euro Market and Whole Foods. A short stroll will take you to any number of restaurants close by. Rhodeside Green Park is just a few blocks away, and Hillside and Belvedere parks are not much farther to the north. Children can walk to Key Middle School or Swanson High School.

Accessing Arlington and DC from the Bromptons at Rosslyn

From the Bromptons, getting around Arlington and the surrounding area is quite easy. Both the Orange and Blue Lines are accessible at the Courthouse and Rosslyn Metro stations only blocks away. The townhomes are just off Clarendon Blvd. and near to Wilson Blvd, two of Arlington’s major streets, which easily connect you to highways and bridges. Highway 50 is the closest major thoroughfare. With mostly flat terrain and excellent bike lanes, bicycling is a good alternative mode of transportation.
