Social Media Coordinator Needed at #1 Real Estate Team in the DMV 📲

We are looking for a social media savvy specialist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate deeply understands the world of social media and has a love for all new and existing platforms. This person has insight into general platform algorithms, analytics for IGTV and Reels, and comes in each day with fresh ideas and is hungry to learn more.

This role will work under the Social Media Manager and manage the day-to-day operations of each social platform for our 5 brands. We have a full Marketing team, which provides support in branding + strategy, graphic design, photography + videography, web development, SEO, and copywriting, so you will always have back-up to help make the magic happen. With that being said, we are looking for an individual who has a good understanding of these roles and can assist with smaller creative and analytical tasks as needed.

Our team is known for being collaborative, high-energy, and FUN! We are looking for a great team player who will be able to bring not only their skills to the table, but their attitude as well. This is a full-time position at our Rosslyn office from Monday to Friday, and flexibility to maintain posting schedules during weekends is also required.

Understand, develop, and implement new social media tactics, both on your own and that come directly from the Social Media Manager.
Stay ahead of scheduling with posts through all social platforms for our five brands.
Turn long-form content (blogs, podcasts, event recaps, etc.) into relevant and evergreen micro-content material (Reels, snackable content, stories).
Monitor and engage with incoming messages in our inboxes.
Continuously fuel and increase growth and engagement for all brand accounts.
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to get all resources needed to maintain quality and quantity of posts.
Conduct research into trends and cultural happenings to incorporate into social media.
Proactively seek out team members to get amazing content.

0-1 years of experience managing more than 2 accounts on major social media platforms at a time. Agency experience is a plus.
Familiarity with content management and scheduling platforms.
Organized and able to handle multiple projects of different styles concurrently.
Strong writing skills. You can create content, articulate ideas in writing, and understand how it plays in any digital channel.
Great collaborator, an eye for design and aesthetics, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with Google Suite and Canva.
