The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to learn and know the real estate market, provide amazing client experience and support our buyer agents. We are looking for someone who is flexible, has a strong client focus, is efficient with their time, communicates well, is productive with a positive attitude, and works well in a fast paced team environment. The ideal candidate will be ambitious as this position has upward mobility.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients
• Scheduling appointments, inspections, and settlements
• Follow up with clients during and after their purchase to ensure they’re satisfaction
• Administrative duties to support the buyer agents
• Coordinate the entire process of the client’s home purchase from, under contract to even after it has closed. This will involve strong attention to detail, communication with clients, updating databases, coordinating schedules, preparing contracts and/or addenda and scheduling settlements.
• There is unlimited opportunity for future growth. While the schedule is M-F 9am-5pm, there will be times on the weekends where you may need to answer a call, email, text, etc to assist the agent you’re supporting.
