The Keri Shull Team is looking to add a Real Estate Assistant to one of our ‘Mini Teams’ to support one of our top producing agents.
This role will be 60% Inside Sales responsibilities, which include:
Converting prospects into appointments for your lead agent. We have recently deployed new lead generation techniques that have resulted in a massive increase in our weekly buyer and seller leads.
You will earn a commission each time one of your appointments closes on a home.
Your compensation will be part salary and part commission. The total compensation will be a direct result of how hard and effective you work at booking appointments.
The other portion of this role will include:
Administrative tasks in support of your lead agent
Transaction Coordination
CRM maintenance
Report tracking
Client support, including gifting and event outreach
Other tasks as necessary
