SOCIAL MEDIA ENTHUSIAST NEEDED

We are looking for someone that is obsessed with social media… that lives, breathes, and sleeps INSTA, YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, TWITTER, PINTEREST, and may be starting to dabble in TIKTOCK. We want someone who already understand Insta TV, Facebook Watch, and hacks that will improve our engagement and reach. We have an aggressive posting schedule (3 posts to 10 posts a day per platform and brand (we have 5 brands) and content plan. We have 3 full time videographers and a producer, so you will have the ability to make magic happen. NO ONE in the real estate industry in the country is doing what we are doing. Being number one requires long hours sometimes and and it always requires being quick on your feet and extremely efficient with how you utilize your time. We just did an event with Grant Cardone and Billy Gene is Marketing… you will be covering events with celebrities and learning from industry leaders all over the world. We believe in surrounding ourself with the best of the best. Our videographer went on a private jet and a 20M yacht in his first 2 weeks… we play and work like champions.

This is a full time, 9-5, in-house position. You will need to be in our Rosslyn office from Monday to Friday, this is not a remote position. Flexibility to maintain posting schedule during weekends is also required.

Responsibilities:

-Schedule and post daily on several different social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) for 5 different brands. This includes multiple uses of all platforms (IG-Feed, Story, IGTV, FB-Story and Post, LinkedIn – posts, articles)

-Take longer form content (blogs, podcasts) and turn it into micro-content (short video posts, stories, snaps, memes)

-Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to get all resources needed to maintain quality and quantity of posts (This includes getting materials from the videography team, photographer, content writer, etc.)

-Post daily on stories and snaps and get team members and founders on live platforms (FB, IG, twitter, YouTube) to portray company culture and value proposition

-Engage with users on all platforms, liking, responding to comments and messages

-Fuel the growth of all social media platforms

-Proactively seek out founders and team members to get amazing content

 

Requirements:

  • Experience managing all the major social media platforms
  • Experience creating content calendars and using social media scheduling software
  • Deep understanding, and more importantly a passion for social media and all the rapid changes
  • Strong communicator and solid writer
  • Light graphic design and photo/video editing skills required. Do not need to know photoshop but must at least know Canva or be able to create graphics for thumbnails in another software
  • Having a passion for creativity, social media, marketing and engaging people is a must
  • Live close proximity to our Rosslyn office – it just won’t work if you have to commute. Need to be refreshed and ready to go. Need your lifestyle to be on the pulse of all things Arlington.

The following qualities are desired:

-Professional appearance

-College degree preferred but not required

-Good oral and written communication skills

-The ability to use google services (gmail, calendar, google docs)

-College degree

-Experience with excel and database management

 

The compensation for this position is $40k with tons of room for growth, as well as a company 401k/profit sharing plan & health insurance plan. We have an increasingly succesful coaching platform, prove yourself here and you could be doing social consulting for entrepreneurs all over the world.
