Development in Rosslyn shows no sign of slowing down — NVRUrban is constructing the Key & Nash Rosslyn condo development on the former site of Metro Rosslyn Apartments. A former low-rise apartment located at 1411 Key Boulevard is currently being transformed into a high-end, 63-unit condo called Key & Nash that is expected to be complete in late 2017.
The Arlington County Board approved construction in early 2016 and broke ground few months ago.
