This is a high visibility, leadership role at one of the top residential real estate organizations in the United States.

You will be responsible for the branding, demand generation, marketing automation, sales team adoption, and overall goals for the Keri Shull Team. The ideal candidate will have experience serving in a leadership capacity within the real estate industry. There are a lot of moving parts, and you will have an entire team of marketing specialists, as well as an annual budget in excess of $1million dollars to complete your goals.

The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In:

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
  • Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, management, or related field
  • Managing annual marketing budget in excess of $500,000 with positive ROI

Position Requirements

  • Develop the marketing strategy and goals that drive commercial growth. Select and prioritize target audiences and desired actions for key programs. Set milestones, KPIs, and budgets. Be personally accountable for measuring and meeting commercial goals.
  • Lead the implementation and tracking of specific, measurable, multi-channel marketing programs that effectively drive business goals and bring in a steady stream of leads and coverage. Actively manage the Marketing team. Work closely with the team members, agencies and financial team to implement marketing channels. Develop and track KPIs to ensure programs are meeting goals, and optimize programs as needed.
  • Be the ultimate steward of the brand for existing and prospective customers and employees. Set the vision for the brand position, messaging, and image. Includes editorial/content control on all marketing materials.
  • Manage and develop marketing policies, technologies, and agencies. Prioritize activities and development to streamline, focus, and continuously improve the team’s impact.
  • Be a voice of marketing for the company. Collaborate with other functions (especially product and sales) on market insights and product launches. Evaluate emerging market and competitive dynamics, customer satisfaction, market trends, potential partnerships, and channels. Develop strong relationships with key strategic partners and customers.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work.
  • Lead product release planning and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Develop Persona definitions detailing tasks, goals, motivations, frustrations, and pain points to show empathy for the client’s perspective.
  • Develop user stories and top-level feature specifications.
  • Review and approve user-visible product content and product behaviors as meeting documented user needs.
  • Identify product research needs and initiate product research.
  • Set performance targets for products.
  • Approve campaigns as ready for release 
  • Public speaking on weekly basis
  • Clearly understand client needs, behaviors, motivations, frustrations, and pain points and activate that understanding to enable externally focused business choices.
  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Contribute to product strategy, product roadmaps, and specification of business and product requirements.
  • Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build process maps and campaign requirements
