We worked with Melinda to buy a new home. She is knows her stuff — she is knowledgeable of the market, insightful about the buying process, and really helpful in determining what kind of work or upgrades might be needed. She was proactive in the finding/looking process, and then wonderfully aggressive when it came to putting an offer on the place we fell in love with. Melinda was incredibly patient — both with our two year old who loved to jump into closets, and with us as we figured out what we wanted over time. I couldn’t say enough great things about Melinda.
