A fantastic experience was searching and then closing on a deal with Ms. Alex Clagett of Keri Shull Team. We started searching for a suitable home (a couple of years ago and came across several real estate agents – none of them were able to find us a home that we wanted – that too in our limited budget). Alex Clagett not only showed us several potential houses but also provided her invaluable expertise (apart from a real estate professional, she is also an “appraiser”) and exactly knows what she’s walking into and the true worth of a property. She helped us find our first perfect home, guided us throughout the process, and made it so smooth and easier for us (first-time homebuyers). The timing of our search was unique (due to the pandemic i.e., COVID-19). Ms. Alex Clagett strictly followed the safety precautions while taking us out on the tours of several properties (she even kept essential PPEs in her car to ensure ours and sellers’ safety). She is one of the most understanding, compassionate, caring person (my wife and kids enjoyed her company. Still today, we seek her professional guidance related to our home. We wish her all the best and a successful career. And one more thing, if we ever move to another house, or plan to buy another home, Alex Clagett would be our only choice to guide us once again.
