He was knowledgeable and explained the home buying process thoroughly and when it came time to put in our offer, he knew how to be strategic so we can win at the first go. Not once did we feel like he was wasting our time. He knew the Arlington area well and has a lot of great contacts to help with home inspections, mortgage shopping, etc. Aside from his professionalism, he is very personable. At the time, we had a newborn baby and he offered to go check out the houses first so we didn’t have to go over there if it wasn’t the one for us. I felt like he understood what we needed and reassured us multiple times that we didn’t need to settle for a house that we didn’t feel was our home. I loved that he wasn’t a sleazy sales guy. I can’t say enough good things about him and truly believe he will be a great asset to you in your search for your home.
