Nadia Khan and Caroline Costello were extremely helpful in helping us purchase our first home. From the very first meeting, Nadia’s main goal was to identify what our priorities and needs were in looking for a place. Using this, she narrowed down the search to locations that met those needs in terms of space, walkability, price, and other key asks. Knowing that this was the first time we were purchasing, Nadia and Caroline were really patient at giving us time to review our options and thinking things through when we thought we hadn’t found a place yet. Caroline also made the extra effort to take last minute requests to visit new locations. As we mulled our options, Nadia was also very helpful in explaining the process to us, especially when we did not understand. This was extremely valuable. While Nadia was patient, she also gave us a good/encouraging nudge when she knew we had found a place we both liked, but were still hesitant due to first time buyer jitters. Eventually, we found a place that is a great location near the Orange line in Clarendon, that also met all of our needs. During the process from bidding, having an offer accepted, and all, Nadia and Caroline were in constant communication to ensure we had everything we needed in place and were prepared for closing day.
