We met with Keri Shull a few months before deciding to go ahead with the sale of our Country Club Hills home. Her presentation was impeccable and after listening to her, we could not imagine going with anyone else. Due to construction delays of our new home, by the time we put our house on the market it was close to Thanksgiving and Christmas—the worst possible time in the business. However; no matter the difficulties, Elizabeth and Andreea (our team) never gave up and were absolutely helpful, efficient and understanding of our needs and concerns and no matter what the obstacles were, they guided us through the whole process having our interests in mind. They helped us find the right contractors to make our house sparkle, and even when we had to move out (the day after the big snow storm last January), we called Elizabeth when the movers showed up and there was no place to park. Ten minutes later, Andreea had arranged for the snow removal contractor to be there and he was plowing the snow away so that the movers could do their job. The Keri Shull team and their associates are excellent and we recommend them without any hesitation.
