The uncertain times/crazy market made the thought of purchasing our first home extremely daunting. Is it the right time to buy? Can we truly find something worthwhile in our price range? How competitive should we be? What do all these terms mean? As first-time buyers, we had SO many questions. Thankfully we were recommended the Kerri Shull team, specifically JC and Lucy, and I honestly couldn’t think of a better pair to guide us through the process.
Communication with both JC and Lucy was extremely easy and FAST, they explained things in ways that we fully understood, their recommendations were top tier, and they were professional and so personable. I never felt like we were being pressured or steered in the wrong direction at any point.
JC and Lucy worked tirelessly at all hours of the day (and sometimes night!) to accommodate all of our needs. When we saw a house we wanted to view, they were on it – they contacted the agents and we were able to get us in to check it out within just a few days, sometimes even hours. When we were working on offers, communication and paperwork was so smooth/efficient that it was almost as if we were physically together, passing along pages and signing things and getting done in record time (yet never feeling nervous or rushed).
We could go on for days, but I will just say that JC and Lucy are the Dream Team, and we are so incredibly grateful to them for helping us find our beautiful first home in our dream location. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone and anyone!
