When we needed to sell our home and buy a new one, friends recommended working with the Keri Shull team. Specifically we worked with Elizabeth Rea, who is their listing agent. Since we were forced to move quickly, efficiency was key. Elizabeth was able to work around our hectic schedules, responded to all inquiries, emails and calls promptly, and was always informative and helpful.
Our schedule was such that the only time we could look for property was early Saturday morning, at an ungodly hour. In spite of that, Elizabeth was there for us, walking us through houses, chipper and happy, as if she had nothing better to do on a Saturday morning!
Not only were they really easy to get a hold of, and willing to accommodate our obscene schedule, they were a down to earth, and fun team as well, while always remaining professional and informative throughout the entire process. Not only would I recommend Elizabeth and the Keri Shull team, I would (and will) use again should the time come again.
Elizabeth works closely with various contractors in the area and while we did not use or need the services, it was a nice option should we need any work done in the future.
