Kyle Russell was forward leaning, communicative, anticipated our needs and honestly went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. He made the process fun and easy, despite the very competitive market we were dealing with. My partner and I are both active duty Air Force and at the time we were deployed so we did the entire house hunting process remotely, from different time zones, which was no issue for Kyle. As first time home buyers, he spent hours and hours on the phone with us patiently answering our questions and advising us. With the market being so competitive, he worked with us on our strategy and tailored that approach to each offer we made (VA vs conventional, etc). Once we were under contract we started to plan some renovations. Kyle made himself available when we needed to let the contractors in the house for estimates, which was hugely beneficial to starting the addition we were planning ASAP. 10/10 would use Kyle and the Keri Shull team again!
