We are both active duty and at the time we were deployed so we did the entire house hunting process remotely, from different time zones. As first time home buyers, he spent hours and hours on the phone with us patiently answering our questions and advising us. Kyle was also super flexible and did countless walk throughs with us via FaceTime and through recorded videos, narrating all the finer details we wouldn’t be able to see. With the market being so competitive, he worked with us on our strategy and tailored that approach to each offer we made (VA vs conventional, etc). Once we were under contract we started to plan some renovations. Kyle made himself available when we needed to let the contractors in the house for estimates, which was hugely beneficial to starting the addition we were planning ASAP. 10/10 would use Kyle and the Keri Shull team again!
