We decided to list our house on the market in December. This was a hard decision and a difficult one for us to make but one that we knew we need to make. So we started a search for agents. We had many offers from many agents and we decided to list with the Keri Shull team. They came in and greeted us and suggested what we should do. We really did not have the money to put out to repaint and do a whole lot of repairs, but our home was in pretty good shape. But we knew with it being December we were looking to move to Florida in the early part of 2019 to maybe March. We really thought by March we should have our home sold. But this team put a sign in the yard, listed it to their site got traffic to our home. Yet to our surprise they had our home sold within 3 days for our asking price. Never did we expect our home to sell that quick. Richard, was our primary agent. But the whole Keri Shull team were great. From Richard all the way down the line. Even the photographer did a wonderful job. We thank you all for such a magnificent job on the sale of our home. Thank you so much for the effort you all put together to make our dream come true.
