I highly recommend working with Lauren Longshore and Lacey Folweiler when you decide to buy your house in the DMV area! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and they walked us through the entire process and answered all of our many questions. Lauren and Lacey were accessible to us throughout the day and evening and communicated promptly and efficiently. It was a real perk being able to have a team of two so that we had more flexibility on when we could tour houses, submit offers, etc. The housing market is incredibly intense right now and they made sure we knew how to make an offer that was competitive but still made us feel comfortable with the final outcome. They were not at all pushy and were willing to point out potential issues in a house that we hadn’t considered. Overall we would work with them again and have recommended them to our friends!
