This is our second time working with Rachel Morrison at the Keri Shull team and it was an absolute pleasure. This time around we were both selling and buying a home, which was a new experience for us. Rachel was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the different scenarios that might meet our needs. We felt confident and in good hands the entire time. On the selling side, Rachel and Kristie Link struck the perfect balance between allowing us take it slow and also keeping the process moving forward. They were both very responsive, worked around our schedules, and even ended up selling our house off-market with no hassle! She even negotiated a one-month free rent back to allow us more time to find our new home. It ended up being perfect timing! On the buying side, the competitiveness of the market made this a whole different experience for us than when we bought a home 3 years ago. Rachel seemed to effortlessly navigate our changing criteria and calm our anxieties. We love our new house and will definitely work with Rachel again in the future.
