Libby Bish and Rafael Melo were fantastic to work with. They are very responsive and able to move quickly to keep up with the pace of the DC area real estate market. They were able to set up viewings of properties with just several hours notice, and we went from viewing our home to having placed a (winning) offer in less than 24 hours. They were available at all hours to answer any questions (will text back very quickly) and put our minds at ease from start to finish. Their help didn’t stop after we closed, either — Rafael showed up the day after we closed to help us fix a problem. And when we noticed problems with the renovation the previous owners had done before selling, they helped us negotiate to have contractors return to redo some of the work. They’re very nice, personable, and easy to work with. They made the home buying process as smooth as possible for us as first-time homebuyers and we would recommend them to anyone.
