Caitlin was the best agent I could have asked for! I knew absolutely nothing about buying a condo and wasn’t even sure it was something that was feasible for me and Caitlin made it such an easy and great experience. From our first meeting she helped me understand the process, asked thoughtful questions about what was important to me, and connected me with excellent contacts who ultimately got me a great rate on my loan. She was always super responsive and when I found the place that was “the one,” she made sure we were putting in the best offer (which-she figured out- wasn’t even about the highest bid but the conditions) and it was accepted that same night! I wouldn’t be in my dream home right now without her. After the offer was accepted, she helped me throughout the entire closing process, brought my family pizza making kits, got a repair done in my kitchen on my moving day, and still checks-in to make sure everything is going well or to bring me a cute cookie decorating kit for my birthday! She’s incredibly knowledgable, an amazing negotiator, has tons of great connections from lenders to handymen- everything you want in an agent, but on top of that she is also a really genuinely nice and thoughtful person. I went into this process worried that buying a home wasn’t even a real possibility for me and it ended up being not just a painless experience, but an actively great one. I’m super grateful for everything Caitlin has done for me and would recommend her to anyone I know!
