We really enjoyed working with Bridget of the Keri Shull Team. From the start, she explained the whole home-buying process in detail while setting realistic expectations for us as first time home buyers. When we started visiting homes, Bridget was honest and answered all of questions while helping us understand what aspects to look for, from the approximate age of appliances and how much longer they might last, to ideas on how to improve a house, such as whether a full renovation or a quick coat of paint was needed. She was open to hearing our thoughts after each house, and after seeing a few houses let us take the lead on picking which we wanted to see as that fit our style. Once we found our house, Bridget provided recommendations on mortgage lenders and other service providers, but also stressed the importance of shopping around for the best deal. During the process she even recommended contractors for us to interview for the work we wanted done. Throughout, Bridget was quick to answer all of our questions and let us know if we were missing anything.
