Born and raised in Texas, Kyle has been living in the D.C. area since 2019. Kyle’s Early career consisted of teaching agriculture science at the high school level. After earning a master’s and Ph.D. in Agricultural Education, he taught courses at Texas Tech University and Virginia Tech. Kyle also spent time as a regional sales manager for an insurance company serving agricultural producers. Upon moving to Washington D.C. he became a trade servicer for the US Gains Council analyzing global markets and solving trade issues for the global export of U.S. corn, sorghum, and barley.

With ten years as an educator, Kyle brings well-honed teaching skills to his real estate work. He is able to break down complex areas of the sales process enabling his clients to move forward, well informed and confident. Kyle has an in-depth understanding of the factors that drive the real estate market. He is also an experienced negotiator, giving his clients a competitive edge when buying or selling in the active D.C., Maryland and Virginia markets.

Kyle is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams – whether he is teaching or helping clients make a move to their next home. When he’s not immersed in real estate, he loves spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys hiking, fitness, college football and finding new ways to grow and challenge himself.
