Jamie Bascom has been a driving force behind the KS Team for more than a decade. As Director of Operations, she leads recruiting, finance, and operational strategy, serving as a key decision-maker and strategic partner. She is deeply committed to protecting the client experience and ensuring that every system and person supports a seamless, high-level experience for those served by the KS Team.

A Maryland native and Salisbury University Alumni, Jamie now resides in Ellicott City with her husband, Shawn, and their daughters, Kennedy and Layla. Her steady leadership, people-first mindset, and dedication to excellence continue to shape the success of both the team and the clients it serves.
