Lia Sanchez from the Keri Shull Team represented us in both the sale of our home in DC (setting a record for the highest value sale for our style condo unit in our old community!) and in the purchase of our new home in Arlington and the entire process was seamless and professional. Lia took every covid-19 precaution and helped to sell our home while we were out of town during the pandemic, coordinating all the necessary details on our behalf. Similarly, she helped to do virtual showings with us while we were in quarantine out of state so that we could stay on top of the housing market and jump on the opportunity to get the house we wanted when it first came on the market.
