I worked with Robert Bradshaw to find and buy what turned out to be the home of my dreams. He was wonderful throughout the process; knowledgeable about the houses, helped anticipate what the inspection might turn up, and was really helpful in providing ideas for updates or renos we could do with the house. He knew the house I fell in love with was my dream, and he guided me through the process and timing to make sure we got a competitive offer in first, so that I could have it. And after sale, even, he went above and beyond to help me with the home warranty, contact the builder of the house with some questions we had, and generally just made sure the move and everything went wonderfully. We are about a month in to the new house and we absolutely love it, and are so grateful to Rob and the team for getting us in here!
