This review is for Kaitlyn Savner, She is a top-notch realtor. She made herself available at any time of the day, worked around our work schedules and was always supportive through the process. We ended up landing a dream home until which our mortgage lender stated, “Your realtor must have negotiated the hell out of that deal because I never see a property like that go for so little above asking.” Granted, the buyer knew we were a married couple with a baby on the way and needed our first home but Kaitlyn made sure our story was known and fought for us the whole way. My Father was also one of the original founders of Remax and when he met Kaitlyn he said she was a “hell of a strong realtor if my opinion counts for anything.” Kaitlyn Savner is a sure fire win if you get lucky enough to have her as your realtor. I could not recommend her more.
