We loved working with Rachel Morrison and Helena! We felt completely out of our depth going with a new build. Throughout the 17 month process, they were there for us, checking in with our builder rep or contractor, helping us make sure our inspection was done on time, etc. At one point we were out of town the week after inspection and one week before close so Helena went to our house to check and make sure everything we had talked about with them was completed. We felt very taken care of and highly recommend this dynamic duo!
