Chris Kuchnicki is a native of the D.C. area. Born in Falls Church, Virginia, his family’s ties to the region trace back to the Great Depression when his grandmother arrived as a young girl from Birmingham, Alabama, with her family looking for new jobs and a new life. Chris has honored his family’s legacy with his hard work, dedication, compassion and investment to the region. Prior to coming into the real estate business nearly 8 years ago, Chris traveled the globe as an international flight attendant for 17 years, perfecting his first-class customer service skills, learning the ways of many cultures. He also learned the art of negotiating and unionizing with his fellow union brothers and sisters as a shop steward and legislative affairs representative of the airline union.  This position taught him the art of negotiation and communication, and was what inspired him to finally go into real estate.  He has had a lifelong passion for design, architecture and a keen eye for detail.

Since becoming an agent in 2016, Chris has worked tirelessly for his clients quickly securing lucrative deals across the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia for a range of highly competitive listings, including waterfront properties, premium city condominiums and picturesque suburban homes. Chris joined the Keri Shull Team because he wanted to take his business and career to the next level, and become the sharpest agent possible.  Anticipating his clients needs before they arise is everything to Chris.  He get’s excited helping first-time homebuyers and repeat clients alike, with their real estate goals and dreams.

You see, Chris knows something about goals and dreams.  In his second year in the business alone, he was voted “Rookie of the Year” in the Northern Virginia Region.  Chris also reached a very personal goal, not long ago with extreme weight loss losing over 130 pounds, in an effort to turn his health around. This transformation changed the way he looked at fitness and he became a die hard cycler, runner and loves going to the gym and being outdoors running around DC’s beautiful neighborhoods.  He gets excited helping his clients make their own transformations through the home buying process. He loves dogs and animals and volunteers with the Humane Rescue Alliance and also sings and performs with the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC.  Chris is no stranger to DC’s diverse dining and social scene, but his favorite food is Chinese food.  His favorite Chinese spots in DC are Peking Gourmet in Falls Church (he’s been going since he was 4) and Panda Gourmet in northeast DC. Dan Dan Spicy Noodles always puts him in a good mood, he will tell you.  Working with Chris, you are guaranteed success in the home buying or selling process!
