The Keri Shull Team (TKST) is searching for a determined and hard-working individual with a passion for Real Estate to join our team! As a Partner Agent, you will be working with an experienced real estate agent who has sold over $50 million — and your compensation will be up to 4 times the income of an average, first-year agent. This role is a full-time position and will be directly assisting one of our Lead Agents with their prospecting, transactions, and day-to-day duties. This role will report to the Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities
•Prospecting for new business
•Researching properties, tax records and off market opportunities for clients
•Scheduling and conducting showings, inspections, appraisals and other appointments as needed
•Managing client and transaction information in Optime’s (TKST) CRM Database
•Host Open Houses, with or without Lead Agent
•Participate in all team meetings and client related events
•Other duties as described by Optime (TKST) or Lead Agent
