Born and raised in central Virginia, Charlie graduated from Christopher Newport University with a degree in Economics and a minor in business administration. He played Varsity Golf all four years in his time there and applies his competitive nature and work ethic to his everyday life.

Upon graduating, he followed in his Father’s footsteps and spent over a year working with one of the DC Metro area’s premier mortgage lenders. While there, he discovered his passion for real estate and is eager to employ the experience he gained there with his clients.

Charlie is a firm believer that buying a home should be one of the best times of your life and will do anything necessary to make your experience memorable.

Off the clock, Charlie still enjoys playing golf, tennis, basketball, reading, music, and exploring the DC area restaurant scene.
