With a degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Kat spent years refining her eye for design, developing a passion for theatre through creating visual spectacles and assisting with production, and staging high-end furniture showrooms—a background that allows her to see a home’s hidden potential and tell its story through expert presentation. This creative edge is grounded by over a decade of experience in title, escrow, and real estate law.

During her time in the title industry, Kat attended Loyola University Chicago, where she earned her paralegal certificate with an emphasis in real estate law. She went on to serve as a real estate paralegal and work within national student housing operations, bringing a sophisticated, detail-oriented perspective that helps ensure every transaction is both seamless and strategically executed.
