Once the time came around to try again we contacted Kyle and he instantly started everything up and we started seeing homes again. This time the market had slowed down so Kyle came with a completely different strategy from the first time around and it worked immediately. He helped us to negotiate money back on your purchase as well as a contract that had more favorable terms for us and allowed us to get out of our lease comfortably. After that Kyle handled everything and it was all smooth and easy, we had repairs done and even moved closing forward to make the process even easier. We have spent a lot of time with Kyle now and can without a doubt say he is a top notch agent that works for you in your best interests, if you are looking for an agent, look no further.

I worked with Kyle Russell during my first homebuying process, and I can't say enough about the positive experience I had! As a first-time homebuyer and new to the real estate market in NOVA, I had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process.
