I grew up in Virginia and have spent most of my life up and down the East Coast, eventually landing in Arlington, where I’ve built both my career and my community. I graduated from Radford University with a degree in Marketing, which became the foundation for a career focused on people, leadership, and building exceptional experiences.

Before joining the KS Team, I spent 20 years leading people, culture, and operations work across retail, agencies, tech startups, and my own HR consulting practice. I’ve managed and developed large teams, coached leaders at all stages, built scalable people systems, and created high-touch experiences for employees, clients, and communities. My work is rooted in communication, clarity, and helping people feel connected and supported from their first interaction to their long-term success.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Arlington, hosting game nights, reading fantasy novels, experimenting with new cocktail recipes, or staying active with tennis, yoga, and strength training. I’m also a big community person, so I love planning social events, meeting new people, and creating spaces where others can connect. And of course, spending time with my two cats who confidently believe they run my household.
