Nick and Elisa are great! They carefully listened to our needs and then we’re able to sit down and review several properties that fit our needs. When the right house came along they were very responsive to get us the soonest walkthrough and an even quicker offer which ended up sealing the deal for our new home. Love that they keep connected with customers, just wish we had more free time to attend!

Nick Gashel and Elisa Stephano were amazing! I was living out of state at the time and trying to buy a home in Washington, DC within a few months. I needed things to move quickly so I would try to get as much done when I traveled to DC. I interviewed a few realtors in the area, but once I sat down and started talking to Nick and Elisa, I knew right away that they were my realtors. I did my homework and had a notebook dedicated to my home buying process. They listened to me and answered my laundry list of questions. They were patient and talked me through each step of the homebuying process. It was clear that they were very knowledgeable and familiar with the DMV area. I had a very specific schedule so I really appreciated their flexibility. What I valued most was their effective communication with me. They were open to communicating based on my preference and their turn around time was awesome. Nick took me to see several properties and quickly added any additional ones I found during my drive around the city. They were so helpful with me navigating the inspection process, working with the lender, and the title company. Even after closing they would check on me and invite me to some Kerri Schull events. It’s clear that these two love their jobs and enjoy working with people. Nick’s personality matched mine in the sense that we can be joking around while still getting things done. I consider myself a good judge of character and all I can say is I’m so glad I worked with them. I will be reaching out to Nick and Elisa when I’m ready to buy my next property.

We had over 30 attendees for our housewarming. Love, laughter, and family filled our living room! Our house was now a home! Three months ago, my fiancé, Tonithia "Nini" Reid, and I were starting the next chapter of our dating journey. I was a total newbie to the process-never, having lived on my own before and terrified of the home buying process. While my fiancée had been through the home buying process before, I was highly anxious about moving forward because I had heard so many horror stories about the downsides of home ownership. Enter the coolest guy ever. Nick Gashel nini took the lead and scheduled several viewings. She encouraged me that we would be fine. Apprehensively, we met Nick Gashel in Upper Marlboro, MD, at a townhome at an open house. Nini had several questions about the home, and nick was extremely personable and warm! He answered as many as possible and asked if he could follow up with us on other houses we were interested in. What I loved about nick is that he did not come as a "Salesman." he had a tremendous natural vibe' it was like speaking to a friend you had not met in years. We talked in-depth and left a few minutes later. Enter the amazing. Elisa stephano a couple of days later, elisa stephano called us to ask more in-depth questions. Elisa had many outstanding questions about where we wanted to buy, things we wanted in our home, what plans we had in the future, etc. Like us, she shared that she had gotten married recently and understood that we wanted to 'dot our I's and cross our t's.' we obviously barraged her with her questions. And she was transparent with everything. Tour de house Elisa and nick scheduled several tours of homes. Some we did not like and some were extremely nice. During the process, they always asked for our feedback and suggested courses of options. We never once felt like they 'rushed us' in the process. They also worked extremely well together and kept us upbeat in the process. Nini found our current home on a random website. Nick came out and met us at the home and we both felt that this was 'it!' Nick and Elisa agreed that we would have a great shot at getting our offer accepted, so we put in our bid. Fingers crossed there were some negotiations and small fixes. Elisa and nick remained available to help us out in the process. They made us aware that there would be several important papers to fill out electronically and that they would help us out if we needed any assistance. The seller accepted the offer and we were off to the races! Home. Owners! The process from offer to closing took about 2 weeks. During this time, Nick and Elisa were with us at every step. My parents toured our home as well. Elisa handled them with grace and poise. From signing the papers for our home to getting our house keys, Nick and Elisa gave us a personalized experience . They made us a great welcome home basket of goodies, lent us the company vehicle to use to move our belongings in, brought tables, chairs, outdoor games, food & drinks for our housewarming party. What the Kerri Shull team say they will do has always been executed. The Keri Shull team is thoughtful. Knowledgeable and the best real estate team! We are extremely happy with our home purchase. Nick, Elisa & the entire Kerri Shull team are extremely professional and so talented! We are thankful that we had the opportunity to work with them & will be our go to team to purchase and/or sell more homes in the future.
