“You can take CJ out of Northern Virginia, but you cannot take Northern Virginia out of CJ.” Born and raised here, CJ embodies what it means to be a member of the community, and help those around him. After graduating from St. Stephens & St. Agnes High School in Alexandria c/o 2014, he went on to the historic Gettysburg College to play football and pursue a B.A. in Spanish, with an emphasis on Business. Four years of College flew by, and in 2018, CJ threw his favorite swimsuit into a travel bag, and went South West. Finding himself in the tropical paradise of Puerto Vallarta, México. Everyday for a year he would shadow Alexis Silva-Brisset, CEO of Silva Brisset Realtors. Learning the ins and outs of the Real Estate and Development world. This experience molded CJ into a salesperson who is not only filled with empathy, but will always put the needs of his clients first.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and when the COVID 19 pandemic hit, it was time to return to the US. With stay at home orders in place, and commercial office buildings almost abandoned, CJ used his vision to find opportunity in the midst of chaos. Leasing out empty parking lots to car dealerships that had an overflow of vehicles. CJ quickly learned just how much business there was to be done, not letting the obstacles of the pandemic get in his way. Since then, CJ has continued to grow his local endeavours, while also helping out at his Grandfather’s company ASMI, otherwise known as Association and Society Management International, where he has helped expand their business. Similar to Real Estate, the field of Association Management is all about maintaining client relations. Ready for a new challenge and pursuing his passion of Real Estate, CJ is more than excited to join the Keri Shull Team! When he is not helping clients find the lifestyle of their dreams, you can find CJ enjoying the great outdoors, playing tennis, or listening to Taylor Swift music with friends.
