Dan Lesniak grew up in South Florida: living in Boca Raton and going to school at Westminster Academy in Fort Lauderdale. As a long-time local, Dan is more than familiar with all that The Sunshine State has to offer.

After graduating from the Naval Academy in 2002 and earning a Master’s Degree at the University of Maryland in 2002, Dan completed the Navy Nuclear Officer submarine training program and then returned to Florida, living in Jacksonville while he was stationed on the USS Tennessee in King’s Bay, GA. Dan completed four strategic deterrent patrols and then received orders to the Pentagon where he worked for one of the top admirals in charge of Global Maritime Defense. During his tour at the Pentagon, Dan started the Evening Georgetown MBA program, which he completed in 2010.

Dan worked as a defense contractor, then got his real estate license and had one of the fastest starts ever in real estate: Selling over $22M in his first year and rapidly building one of the top teams in the Washington, DC area. In 2013 Dan met Keri Shull, a 10-year real estate veteran at the time who had built a top real estate team of her own. In 2014 they merged their teams, got married, and began building what would become the largest real estate team in the DMV.

Dan has written multiple best-selling books, spoken at many real estate and investing events, developed over 400 homes, and raised over $20M in equity for real estate developments.
