Melinda’s real estate career started in real estate marketing and development in 2000. Melinda has over 15 years of experience and has been a top producing agent on the team for 7 years. With the condo boom of 2004, she made a career shift and began selling with the Mayhood Company, a luxury condominium sales company in the DC metropolitan area. In 2008 she received the Great American Living Award for selling over $22,000,000 in new home sales. As her last luxury $1M project was nearing an end she felt a transition into re-sale would be an adventurous and exciting opportunity as she would once again be partnering in real estate ventures with Keri Shull. Melinda is a licensed member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors).
